Immigration Attorney The candidate will be expected to handle the entire process from the first consultation through completion of the immigration process and must have experience in the following areas: Individual Hearings; Immigrant/Non-immigrant Visas; Adjustment of Status; Naturalization; Work permits; TPS; DACA; RFE; Removal Proceedings; Bond Hearings; Cancellation of Removal Proceedings; Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal; Waivers; EB-5 and H-1B; Drafting and submitting BIA Appeals; and Drafting and submitting Motions to Reopen/Reconsider. Should preferably have 2 years of experience in Immigration Law. Licensed to practice in Texas and is in good standing preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish fluently. Must have reliable transportation and a valid Texas Driver's License.
