Workers' Compensation Attorney The candidate will day-to-day handling of case's and hearings. Drafting and filing of litigation document's to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum. Guide client's through the case process. Interaction with expert witnesse's to include conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Should have a Law degree from a fully accredited law school; an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association; 3+ year's of workers' compensation experience; ability to manage a high volume of case's and hearings; excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter drove by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
