Job Summary Warner Norcross + Judd is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Real Estate Practice Group in our Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo or Midland office. The paralegal will service the firm's clients by assisting with the closing of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leases of commercial and residential property; preparing and reviewing real estate documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, closing statements, deeds, and easements; and reviewing and analyzing real estate related documents like title commitments and surveys.
