Litigation Paralegal The candidate handle the firms personal injury and civil litigation cases. Responsibilities and Duties: Interview clients; Open files and manage files, Prepare for settlements. Draft pleadings and discovery. Must have strong writing skills and excellent organizational skills. Should be detail oriented and be able to handle files with autonomy. Should be able to handle files from intake to trial. The candidate must have great communication skills and be able to handle a diverse clientele. Must be willing to accept challenges. Paralegal studies degree or equivalent is desired. should have 3+ years of experience.
