Associate Attorney The candidate will work for personal injury litigation department. Job responsibilities include: Initial pre-filing case work-up under the direction of the supervising attorney. Client meetings. Drafting complaints. Propounding and responding to discovery. Taking and defending depositions. Conducting case related investigation. Law and motion work. Trial prep. Work. Should have excellent multitasking and organizational skills, an ability to work with and report to others, and, above all, must be detail oriented with a commitment to excellence. 1-3 years of personal injury litigation experience is preferred. Must also have a demonstrated interest in civil rights law, litigation, and a drive to fight for the underrepresented. Should have excellent professionalism and communication skills. Must have excellent research and writing skills. Some litigation experience is required. Should have ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
