Litigation Attorney The candidate will join the Real Estate Litigation and Bankruptcy department. Will draft complaints, motions, and discovery. Will provide sound counsel and judgment on foreclosure issues. Take responsibility for court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations and negotiations. Negotiate settlements for borrowers. Must have 2+ years of bankruptcy experience. Unlawful detainer defense experience is a plus. Must be able to draft, format and write motions, responses, and various other pleadings with little or no supervision.
