Worker's Compensation Attorney The candidate will prepare legal reports and communicate with clients. Will conduct depositions, draft motions, discovery responses/demands, responses to Court Orders. Appear in Court, trial preparations and trial. Oversee other team members. The candidate must be New Jersey attorney with 1-3 years of experience in Workers Compensation. Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Should have JD degree from Accredited Law School. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have strong legal knowledge. Admission to NJ State Court; admission to Federal Court is a plus.
