Paralegal I The candidate will assist and provide a range support to attorneys and other legal professionals engaged in the firm's practice of representing financial institutions in foreclosure, residential real estate or mortgage law. Will have attention to detail,ability to work under strict deadlines and the capacity to prioritize multiple responsibilities are required for this position. Do E-Filing in state and federal courts. Assist with preparing Discovery Responses, including but limited to Request for Production, Interrogatories, and Request for Admissions. Will Coordinate service of process and prepare trial exhibits, discovery files, receive and sort mail and deliveries from UPS, FedEx, etc.Will provide general administrative and clerical support and file, sort and identify loose documents. Manage various projects for attorneys. Enter and manage data through various systems. Assist multiple attorneys with day to day case management, court filings and client updates. Will Proofread legal forms and documents for accuracy. Will organize and track case files and ensure case management system is updated and copy files, mail, motions, and other items as assigned. Assist with drafting correspondence, pleadings, briefs, motions and proposed orders.
