The Sillicon Valley office of this firm represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including: insurance defense, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, toxic torts, professional liability, products liability, environmental, and real estate litigation. The firm’s compensation package is not competitive and the firm’s attorneys face a demanding work schedule. The firm values collegiality and diversity in hiring attorneys; strong academic credentials, though helpful, are not essential.
Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft standard discovery including subpoenas and privilege logs. Will work on factual and legal research. Summarize transcripts. Trial preparation. Should have preferably a Bachelor's degree; paralegal certificate. Litigation and Intellectual Property experience is a plus. Should have technical proficiency. Strong written, verbal communication and organizational skill is essential. Must be proficient in computer programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe. Experience performing the following tasks is preferred.
