The Healthcare Group is looking for two (2) to six (6) year attorneys to join our California offices. This practice area has a 1,950 hour requirement. Additionally, we offer a generous bonus structure for those choosing to exceed 1,950 hours. H2: Job Requirements To join the Healthcare Group at Lewis Brisbois, attorneys must have at least two (2) years of experience in some or all of the following substantive areas: - Experience in managing a litigation caseload - Experience with medical malpractice, elder law, nursing facilities and/or Long Term Care matters - Experience drafting legal documents, such as motions and discovery requests - Experience conducting research on legal issues associated with the case - Drafting legal briefs and motions - Excellent analytical and writing skills - Strong communication skills (including communicating with clients, team and partners and providing timely reporting and appearing in court) - Must be admitted to practice in California H2: Salary and Benefits At Lewis Brisbois, attorneys in the Healthcare Group are offered a competitive salary with the potential for bonuses if they exceed the 1,950 hour requirement. The minimum salary for this position is USD $115,000.00/Yr. and the maximum salary is USD $160,000.00/Yr.
