Washington DC office seeks Human Resources Assistant with 2-3 years of human resources experience, particularly in the area of orientation of new employees, recordkeeping, maintaining time and attendance and other HR-related applications including 1-2 years of benefits experience in administering Health & Welfare plans. The candidate will work with department team members, other departments and the other firm's offices to assist in the administration of the firm health and welfare benefits, and general human resources activities to help assure compliance with all laws. Should have human resources experience, benefits expertise, technical proficiency in various human resources applications and absolute commitment to client service for delivery of benefits in a flawless manner. Strong customer service-focus with excellent interpersonal skills required. Technical competency in an HRIS system as well as Word, Excel and Access. Mathematic skills are also required.
