Temporary E-Discovery Document Review Attorney The candidate will evaluate high volume of legal documents and evidence during the discovery process. Review and analyze information to help determine its relevance to a case. Examine documents for the following factors: relevance, responsiveness, privilege, confidentiality, document type and other specific case related issues. Utilize the E-Discovery Document Review platform, I-pro, to evaluate case records. Review and code documents for determination of document production to opposing parties. Juris Doctor degree is required. Should have 1-3 years of document review experience. Should preferably have 1+ years of utilizing eDiscovery software experience. Contract dispute review experience also a plus. Litigation experience is a plus. Law license is required. Bar license is required.
