Junior Corporate/Commercial Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience involving corporate and entity formation, mergers and acquisitions (asset and stock purchases, mergers, due diligence) and debt and equity financings (mortgages, Uniform Commercial Code, promissory notes and loan agreements). Experience with captive insurance matters a plus, but not required.
