Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2 years of experience in employment law and general commercial litigation. The candidate for this position will have experience managing cases and all aspects of litigation. This position will require significant client interaction; court appearances; taking and defending depositions; arguing motions; and trial attendance with the litigation Partner. Bar admission in one local jurisdiction of Washington, DC, Maryland or Virginia is required. Candidates must have 2 years of litigation experience, with experience in plaintiff employment law and general commercial litigation. Must be a licensed attorney in Washington, DC, Maryland or Virginia.
