Paralegal / Case Manager Personal Injury The candidate duties Include: Client Intake; monitoring treatment; collection, review, and maintenance of medical records and bills; drafting demand letters; communication with insurance companies; communication with clients and assisting the firm's staff with cases/claims during litigation, when required. Must be an experienced case manager for firm's Plaintiff's Personal Injury practice. English fluency is required. Should have experience working with Personal Injury Cases. Must have working knowledge of Insurance Companies. Must have excellent communication skills. Should have ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks. Should preferably have excellent computer skills. MS Office Experience and Needles Software Experience is a plus.
