Collections Attorney The candidate will regularly handle matters related to real property collections including liens, foreclosures, bankruptcies, and small claims cases. Should enjoy significant client contact and public speaking. Should have 2 years of relevant experience in a collections-based practice. Prior work experience reflecting the ability to handle high-volume work required. Must have prior experience using a Microsoft operating system and other sophisticated software. Must be experienced with building and maintaining client relationships. Must be available during business hours, as well as some evenings and weekends for client meetings.
