Litigation Paralegal Candidate will be answering discovery, reviewing claim files, tracking and submitting pre-suit No-Fault claims and medical record requests, reviewing/summarizing records, and drafting/filing of motions and other pleadings. Will have excellent organizational and time management skills. A working knowledge of the No-Fault act as well as general medical terminology is also a plus.
