Administrative Paralegal The candidate will draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, notices and subpoenas. Will prepare witness and matter materials for attorney review. Manage electronic (ECF) filing process for team of attorneys. Conduct various document searches and factual research using Westlaw. Assist with preparations for hearings, mediations and trials. Collect, organize, analyze and summarize medical records. Organize and prepare exhibits, files and all other supporting documents for trial. Work in Relativity, Concordance or other databases. Answer incoming telephone calls and direct call traffic to the proper person. Assist with copying, scanning, transcription, and file conversion and other legal work as needed. Provide hospitality services for internal meetings. Preparation and revision of correspondence, memoranda and legal documents. Maintenance of electronic document management system. Maintenance of Outlook calendars, if needed. Reimbursements and check requests, if needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills needed. Must be Junior Paralegal - 4 year degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited paralegal program with at least one year of experience Or Senior Project Assistant 5+ years of related legal experience (if experience is not met for Junior Paralegal, paralegal education/certification may be substituted, all or in part, for experience required for this position).
