Legal Secretary The candidate will do general clerical duties and maintain files. Will do calendaring of daily mail and draft correspondence and documents for approval by attorneys. Scheduling of appointments and depositions. Maintain electronic calendar. Trial preparation. Create and format table of authories and table of contents. Should have 3+ years of experience as a litigation secretary in a law office. Must have knowledge of federal and state court procedures and proficient knowledge of court e-filing requirements. Must have strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Must have a good attitude and ability to work with others in a team environment.
