Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate must have 3 years of experience as an adjuster with a major insurance company. Must have experience handling many PI cases from intake to close & negotiating cases toward settlement, as well as negotiating reductions in medical liens with providers, preferably in a small plaintiff-oriented personal injury firm and/or as a complex bodily injury adjuster, preferably with substantial experience in civil litigation. Must be able to professionally communicate with potential clients, current clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters and court officials. Must excel in case management (both Pre-Suit & Litigation), office organization and customer service. Must be a good writer and able to create and proofread legal documents for misspellings, grammatical errors, and coherency issues. Must be able to schedule trials, mediations and depositions. Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office, MyCase, GA Odyssey & PeachCourt.
