Employment Junior Associate Attorney The candidate will be tasked with management of cases from pre-litigation through settlement, with the support of a strong staff and advanced automated systems that optimize case efficiency. Will work closely with firm's senior attorneys, to help scale the firm's employment practice, to service the ever-growing number of Californians who have been illegally discriminated against, harassed, unfairly compensated, subjected to an unfair hostile work environment and/or wrongfully terminated. Management of cases from pre-litigation through settlement. Deposition Experience. Experience with employment disputes to include wrongful terminations, FEHA claims, PAGA and wage and hour claims. Manage legal staff. Mediation and Arbitration experience. Advise clients and manage their expectations. Ability to handle a high case load. The candidate should be admittance to the state Bar required. Must have 2+ years of experience as a practicing labor and employment. Must have 2 years of experience managing legal staff. Must have 2 years of employment experience.
