Project Finance And Development Attorney The candidate Should have experience in project finance, preferably including familiarity with project development and/or finance at a large national or international law firm. Experience with credit and security documentation is necessary, and expertise with diligence of large renewable and conventional power and energy projects will be a core competence. Strong applicants will have substantial experience running closings for project finance and acquisition (leveraged) finance transactions in power, energy and infrastructure, as well as related bid and commitment papers. A blend of lender and sponsor side experience is a benefit, including experience with tax equity financings and other financings for renewables, transportation infrastructure and conventional generation. Experience with ISDA, EEI and other similar enabling documentation will be favorably considered.
