Legal Secretary The candidate will prepare legal documents for attorney's approval and use by identifying forms and formats; producing text; proofreading; maintaining document control system. Oversee cases by managing files and documents; coordinating with support services and clients; managing calendar and deadlines; generating status reports and logs. Ability to enter billable time in Timeslips billing software in a manner relevant to client for work performed. Support Attorneys who handle Trust & Estates, Business, Real Estate, Tax and Charitable Planning matters. Should have 10 years experience minimum working for a law firm (litigation or transactional). Should have experience billing time. Strong computer skills (Word, Outlook and Excel) required. Excellent communication skills, ability to organize your own work to meet deadlines, experience billing your time, speed and accuracy are all important to this position.
