Associate Attorney The candidate will conduct client interviews. Will manage client relationships. Manage assigned cases. Draft legal documents and pleadings. Conduct legal research and financial analysis. Handle all aspects of trial preparation. Handle court appearances including statuses, pretrials, and hearings as well as various administrative tasks, as needed. Should have a J.D. degree and be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois. Should preferably have 1+ year of experience in family law and/or estate planning.
