Law Firm Paralegal/supervisor - Commercial Collections The candidate must have Bachelor degree, Associate degree, or Paralegal and/or Legal Assistant certification, or; Comparable experience in a collection law firm or the legal department of a 3rd party collection environment, or; Experience with a law firm or legal department, and understanding of Michigan Court Rules, as well as experience drafting of pleadings/filings, and experience with submission/filing of document(s) with Court(s) after Attorney approval. Should have strong written and oral communication skills. must have leadership experience. Should have ability to interact effectively with people at all organization levels of the firm. Experience of 1 year (Preferred). Previous experience with Collection Partner and/or Cogent software is an asset.
