Paralegal The candidate will draft corporate documents, document management, corporate and securities filings, contract review, client interaction, and the ability to work in other non-business-related areas of the legal profession as needed. Will analyze client papers regarding various corporate and commercial matters. Conduct research on various state and federal laws and regulations. Prepare certificates of incorporation, applications for authority, by-laws, and organizational minutes. Prepare, order, obtain and file various corporate searches, statements and reports (good standing certificates, UCCs, lien searches, etc.). Prepare, review and file corporate documents and interactions with various federal, state and local government agencies. The candidate should have strong analytical and project management skills. Paralegal experience in corporate setting desired. Must be able to effectively multi-task, autonomously manage time-sensitive documents, and utilize exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. Excellent client service and listening skills are essential.
