Part-time Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be gathering information and evidence from clients to assemble immigration applications. Will be meeting with clients to draft declarations in support of their applications. Assembling and filing immigration applications. Researching country conditions for immigration waivers and asylum applications. Supporting the attorneys in a variety of other legal tasks. May also have some office management responsibilities and some marketing responsibilities. Bilingual in Spanish and English required. A genuine interest in immigration law and a desire to help diverse clientele are needed. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must. Experience is highly preferred, but exceptional candidates without experience will be considered. Professionalism, good writing skills, and the ability to interact well with clients, electronically, on the telephone, and in-person is needed.
