Paralegal Litigation The candidate should preferably have Paralegal certificate and other education. Should have 5 years of heavy litigation experience and be knowledgeable and experienced in the following areas: Law and Motion, Pleadings, Discovery, Legal filing, Legal calendaring / court calls; Ability to obtain and comply with Code of Civil Procedures along with local court rules; Trial preparation; Work with outside vendors proof of service; Data input to Law software CLIO; Answering phone system. Trust and Will experience desired; other litigation experience a plus.
