Contract Securities Attorney The candidate work as a contract-term who can provide support on a project to project basis, as the need arises. Experience with drafting PPM is necessary. Business/corporate experience and Chinese fluency is helpful. General Responsibilities Include: Priority Project: Preparing (2) PPM documents with Reg S and D exception. Providing legal advice as needed to ensure compliance with SEC, as well as state corporate laws. Advising on U.S. corporate and securities matters, including public company disclosure requirements, corporate secretary and governance matters, and transactional work.
