Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have minimum 2 years of litigation experience. Insurance Defense and/or Medical Malpractice experience preferred. Will prepare subpoena requests to copy services and update records log. Will prepare Motions in Limine. Will prepare pretrial documents (witness list, exhibit list, statement of the case, jury instructions, etc.); Organize and tag records and films (x-rays); Paralegal certificate (ABA Approved Program); Great organizational and multi-tasking skills.WordPerfect and Word
