Entry Level Real Estate Attorney The candidate will be Collaborating with the staff in our 5 officers to assist in resolving title and real estate Issues. Intermediary between company and insurance underwriters. Preparing affidavits, deeds and other transactional documents. Responding to Realtors and customers regarding closings and real estate resolution. Create and implement solutions to cure title defects and title issues. Drafting of loan documents and closing documents. Work under the supervision of licensed Attorneys. The candidate should be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals and other office staff. Will involve interaction with commercial and residential clients and lenders.Should have experience in Real Estate law.
