Remote Attorney- Part Time The candidate should be Texas licensed attorney. Must be currently licensed to practice law in Texas and have 3+ years of either in house or law firm experience. Preferred experience in Corperate Commercial. Ad hoc legal projects as requested. Conduct legal research on a variety of legal topics including: intellectual property, international trade/business, taxation and immigration, business strategy. Research-related duties include drafting memos. Create, review and provide input on documentation and agreements. Must be able to dedicate a regular schedule of 5 to 10 hours per week, during normal business hours M-F. Must have excellent research, writing and communication skills. Must be well organized, an efficient worker, a leader, and manage cases from inception through completion. Must have the equipment, ability, and knowledge to work remotely including reliable computer and internet connection and a quiet place to work (due to need for conference calls with the team).
