Estate Paralegal The candidate will have 3+ years of legal experience with estate planning, trust and probate administration, and Medicaid matters. Should have exemplary organization and communication skills, be professional and detail oriented. To complete the preparation of Wills, Trusts and other estate planning documents as directed by attorneys. Assist in coordinating trust funding. Prepare real property deeds and related documents. Organize and index documents.Prepare fiduciary accounts prepare and file probate forms. Prepare and submit Medicaid applications. Preparation and review of certain trust funding documents including deeds, beneficiary designation forms, change of ownership forms, etc. Perform traditional duties including assembling estate planning documents, managing schedules, providing phone support, maintaining filing systems. Conduct estate administration, including probates and trust settlements (and preparation of requisite inventories and accounts).
