Corporate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for acting as the junior lawyer primarily responsible for diligence on M&A transactions, and also representing clients in connection with daily matters including commercial contracts. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and/or performing transactional diligence in a law firm or in-house corporate legal department. Should preferably also have immediately transferable skills and strong academic background from a nationally recognized school. Georgia Bar membership is required.
