Associate Attorney The candidate will join civil litigation firm, Firm has a broad range of practice areas, mainly personal injury and construction defect insurance defense. Job responsibilities include: Drafting pleadings and correspondence. Taking and defending depositions. Working with clients on day-to-day advice and counsel inquiries. Handling a large caseload. Drafting discovery. Document review. Attending court hearings. Applicants must be licensed in California. Should have strong communication and writing skills. Experience or interest in Construction Defect, litigation, and/or public entity defense is a plus.
