Patent Paralegal The candidate duties will include: many clerical aspects of patent prosecution from filing to issue, including docketing, billing, client correspondence, and preparing and filing documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, such as new applications, assignments, priority documents, information disclosure statements, preliminary amendments, etc. Should have 1+ year of relevant patent prosecution experience. Strong Microsoft Word and Excel experience, project management skills, English grammar and multi tasking skills are a must. Experience with PCT and foreign filing including managing foreign prosecution dockets is needed.
