Associate Attorney The candidate will join the Client Relationship Management team. Will review retainer agreements, successfully work with clients on budgeting to make timely payments on attorney fees to ensure prompt filing, and serve as a key resource by answering clients' questions throughout the process. Assist clients by answering legal questions and providing legal advice. Ensure assigned clients make all scheduled payments, and accelerate payment plans when possible to get clients across the finish line promptly. Educate potential clients on the available resources to help solve their financial problems. Use legal background to help clients get a fresh start financially. Must be a licensed attorney with a background in account management, experience working with clients directly, a commitment to providing exceptional client service, and an eye for detail.
