Associate Attorney The candidate will be assisting a senior attorney on assigned tasks that can include active participation in case management: analyzing legal allegations. Legal research regarding identified issues. Drafting complaints and answers. Preparing discovery requests and evaluating discovery responses. Drafting briefs and arguing motions; and other things as they arise. Must be graduate of an accredited law school with 1+ years of civil and/or administrative litigation experience. Must be a licensed attorney; California license is preferred.
