Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist with drafting legal documents, including motions and pleadings. Assist with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents. Negotiate settlements. Perform legal research. Make court appearances and attend mediations, site inspections, etc., as required. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required. Should have license to practice law in Florida. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. Attention to detail is required.
