Real Estate Litigation Attorney The candidate will work with creditors in mortgage foreclosure litigation cases, bankrtupcy matters, and closings. Must possess 2+ years of mortgage foreclosure litigation experience. Will be responsible for drafting pleadings, attending court hearings and managing a portfolio of active foreclosure cases. Experience in creditor bankruptcy and real estate closings a plus. Book of business is a plus.
