Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred. Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Should have knowledge of court rules and both federal and state electronic filing requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed. Should have strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat and the willingness to learn new skills.
