Associate Attorney The candidate will assist with estate planning and asset protection practice areas, as well as handle litigation matters as they arise. Must be willing to hit the ground running and need minimal direction. Must be able to work independently and responsibly while maintaining communication to facilitate coverage of all open cases in the firm. Must have 1-3 years of experience in a small to mid-sized law firm, with business, estate planning and/or commercial litigation experience.
