Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will work closely with investigators and attorneys regarding intake tracking, rejecting and signing up cases; preparing pleadings and court filings, extensive client contact, preparing discovery requests and responses, occasionally assist in the intake of potential client calls, communicate with judges and counsel, and working with our team implementing efficient processes and systems. New York and California experience a plus. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have prior experience with scheduling, drafting legal documents, on-line filing, hearing and trial preparation, discovery review, file and calendar management. Must have superior client relations and people skills. Prior experience in a personal injury law office is a must.
