Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be handling all aspects of pre-litigation cases, such as conducting intake meetings, maintaining positive client relations, performing research/investigations, and negotiating settlements. If you are self-motivated, enjoy working independently, and can live by our core values of teamwork, loyalty, being genuine, and top-notch customer service we want to hear from you! Minimum of one (1) year of personal injury experience, Strong negotiation skills, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must provide stellar customer service Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required, Must be an active member of the State Bar of Nevada, in good standing.
