Associate Attorney Duties : The candidate shall be seeking and maintaining tax exemption.Lobbying and political campaign activities. Shall follow special rules governing private foundations. Campaign finance law. Contract and lease review and drafting.Legal issues related to the Internet and other electronic media. Fundraising contracts and compliance with state and federal laws. Trademark and copyright questions.Insurance issues. Employment law, including anti-discrimination law compliance, wage and hour issues, workplace harassment prevention, workplace policy advice, and guidance on discipline and separations. Requirements : The candidate will have 2-3 years experience in exempt organization tax law, campaign finance law, employment law, or one of the other areas identified above. Candidates must be a member of the Bar.
