Litigation Paralegal The candidate' must have a bachelor''s degree in Paralegal Studie's or a Paralegal Certificate i's preferred; Should have 2+ year's litigation paralegal experience in a fast paced environment; Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rule's and procedures; Experience with preparing records, assembling exhibits, pleadings, summarizing transcripts, medical record analysis, discovery, and trial preparation required; Experience drafting and responding to standard discovery demand's (interrogatories, request's to produce documents, etc.) req.
