Nurse Paralegal The candidate work for contract medical malpractice defense work. Must have a BSN and have experience reviewing medical records in the legal context. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program would also be beneficial. Should possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills. Should have broad-based clinical practice knowledge and excellent clinical research and writing skills. Responsibilities include detailed review of medical records and preparation of medical record summaries and clinical analysis.
