Paralegal/Title Examiner Duties: Will review FAA and International Registry ( IR ) aircraft records and prepare title memoranda based upon same. Review and assemble documents for filing with the FAA. Review FAA and IR aircraft records. Prepare title memoranda for clients based upon FAA and IR aircraft records. Review and assemble documents for filing with the FAA. Correspond with clients by phone and email. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2 years of chain title experience in Aircraft, Real Estate or Oil & Gas may be substituted for education requirement . Previous chain title experience with Aircraft, Real Estate or Oil & Gas transactions preferred. Must be organized and detail oriented. Strong customer service skills. Ability to learn new information quickly. Excellent MS Office Skills.
