Litigation Defense Associate Attorney The candidate will independently manage a defense litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of cases, including Labor and Employment, Healthcare, General Liability, HOA, and complex commercial litigation. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Should have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Must have 3+ years of substantial defense litigation experience (Employment Litigation, Healthcare, General Liability, HOA, and/or complex commercial litigation experience a plus). Superior communication, writing, and research skills are essential. Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Superior Academic Credentials are needed.
