Litigation Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Filing and working with State and Federal courts; Knowledge of rules, procedures and calendaring deadlines; Assisting attorneys with pleadings, discovery and motions; Managing trial preparation; Communications with clients, witnesses, experts, and attorneys about case status and preparation. Must have of 3-5 years experience as a litigation paralegal. High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience of 1 year (Preferred).
